Please note, all returned items must remain in their original condition, not worn, altered, or damaged, and should include all original packaging and accessories.

2. Return Process

If you encounter the above situations and need to make a return, please follow these steps:

  • We will reply to your request within 24 hours with the return address and further instructions.
  • Please securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please understand, as an international retailer based in China, international shipping costs constitute a large part of our expenses. Therefore, unless the return is due to our error, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We recommend using an affordable, trackable shipping service.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If the return meets our conditions, a refund will be issued within 5 business days back to your original payment account. Please note, original shipping fees and handling fees may not be refundable.
