  • Refund policy?
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at headdeco@gmail.com. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).In other cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at headdeco@gmail.com .

    Worldwide FREE SHIPPING for orders over $35 (default Logistics), There is a $12 shipping charge for less than $35.

  • How do I track my order?
    Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add

  • How many items can I order per month?
    Please note that all of our products are limited to 5 per each shade (or item) for every person per month unless otherwise stated. Our store is setup to block any orders that contain more than this quantity for a product, however if you exceed this limit, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full. We do this to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to enjoy these products, so please be mindful of this!!

    Send us an email! Our customer service team will be happy to help with any other question you may have! Send your name, order number (if applicable), and question to headdeco@gmail.com. Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response. Also, we are only equipped to handle orders placed through headdeco.com/, any orders placed through our retailers need to be handled by their respective customer service teams.
